Patient Access

We use a secure website called Patient Access which provides:

However you will need to register for the service (see below) before you can use it.

Mobile App

The free Patient Access app provides greater convenience for patients who are away from a desktop PC or laptop, with access to an Android or iOS Smartphone.

How to Register for Patient Access

For security, you must prove your identity to reception who will give you a registration sheet with personalised access codes. You can only apply for yourself (or your child under 12) and must attend in person.  The table below details what forms of Identity are accepted, please note that 2 forms of identification are required, with at least one from Group 1

Once you have the access codes and instructions you can connect to the website at any time and register. You only need to go through this process once.

Patients under 12

We will allow parents to register for Patient Access for children under the age of 12 but to preserve confidentiality, access will be removed when the teenager reaches 12 and he/she will need to apply in person.
