Medical Help and Administration Requests

All medical requests to see or speak to a GP or Nurse Practitioner, are to be made by completing an online triage form. Our online triage form is also a great way for you to contact us for administration requests (for example, prescription enquires, fit (sick) notes etc). Public Transport, Car Parking and Access

Mansion House surgery is located just off Abbey Street in Stone. Parking is plentiful and Public Transport connections, because of the proximity Stone town centre, are excellent.

Public Transport

The surgery is well serviced by buses, the nearest stop is on the A520 at the top of Abbey Street. It is a very short walk from the bus stops to us. Public Transport information is available from the Traveline website.

Car Parking

There is a large car park at the front of the surgery. There are reserved spaces for orange badge holders i.e. disabled parking.

Disabled Access

We understand the needs of disabled people and have ensured that our surgery meets their requirements both in terms of design and staff training.

We have dedicated parking space and toilet facilities for disabled patients. Also, a loop system is installed on reception for the hard of hearing.
