Mansion House Surgery
We have our own Facebook page at Mansion House Surgery. Why not become a friend so we can keep you up to date on health news and local events.
Please be aware that if you choose to follow us on Facebook then it may be possible for others to identify you as a patient of this practice and you should take this into consideration before deciding whether or not to follow us. Please also note that we cannot offer medical advice on Facebook.
Mansion House surgery is located just off Abbey Street in Stone. Parking is plentiful and Public Transport connections, because of the proximity Stone town centre, are excellent.
The surgery is well serviced by buses, the nearest stop is on the A520 at the top of Abbey Street. It is a very short walk from the bus stops to us. Public Transport information is available from the Traveline website.
There is a large car park at the front of the surgery. There are reserved spaces for orange badge holders i.e. disabled parking.
We understand the needs of disabled people and have ensured that our surgery meets their requirements both in terms of design and staff training.
We have dedicated parking space and toilet facilities for disabled patients. Also, a loop system is installed on reception for the hard of hearing.
Mansion House Surgery is constantly looking at ways of improving its standard of service to patients. Please give us feedback on our performance by completing the comments & suggestions form.
Alternatively, we also have a suggestion box in the waiting room. Simply complete a suggestion slip and post it in the box.
We welcome all constructive viewpoints whether positive or negative.
Your comments will help us to maintain our high standard of service.
